Hello, welcome to Coastal Lactation Services, LLC. My name is Shawna Helmuth and I am here to support you through your breastfeeding journey. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I have had years of experience supporting families, undergoing hundreds of hours of education, completing training hours, working as a hospital nurse, running an outpatient clinic , facilitating a support group, and working in the community across Monterey County.

My passion is working with families to help them achieve their breastfeeding goals. I am here to support, educate, plan, and serve your family to help you have a successful breastfeeding journey.
